We do not ask for medical history, dental records, health conditions, X-rays, scans, or impressions through our matching form. Please do not send health records through general contact forms.

How we use your information

We use your information to run the service you asked for.

1. To contact you about your request. We may use your phone number, email, or both to follow up.
2. To match you with participating orthodontists near you. We share the contact details you provide and your basic treatment interest so offices can respond.

4. To improve the website and service. We may review general website activity, such as pages visited or device type, to make the site easier to use.

We do not sell your medical records because we do not collect them through the lead form. We are not a care provider and we do not diagnose, treat, or examine anyone.

When we share information

We share information in limited, practical ways.

• With participating orthodontists so they can contact you about an appointment or consultation
• With service providers that help us operate the website, email, phone, or form tools
• If required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the service from misuse

We share the minimum information needed for the matching process. That usually means contact details, location, language preference, and basic interest in treatment. We do not ask you for health history in order to get matched.

Participating orthodontists pay a flat fee to be part of the network. Matching is still free for families and adults using AlignLoom.

Your choices

You have choices about how you use AlignLoom.

• You can choose whether to submit a matching request at all.
• You can ask us to update or correct your contact details.
• You can ask us not to contact you again.
• You can choose which orthodontist, if any, you want to speak with.
• You can decide not to move forward with care.

Using AlignLoom does not obligate you to start treatment. You are in control. You choose who to see, and you should confirm the treatment plan, timeline, and estimated price in writing with the orthodontist before starting.
